Gilbert Temple Groundbreaking

The General Authority and the other speakers sat on the stage.
The kiddos holding their gold shovels. They thought they were pretty cool.

Josie wasn't that excited to be there.

On November 13th the ground breaking for the Gilbert temple finally happened. We have been waiting so long for this to happen. The temple site is about 2 miles from our house. We went and had great seats and the kiddos got to hold the shovels and see the temple is going to look like. Meg kept thinking that the temple was going to built when we were sitting there. She kept asking when it was going to get built. It was hard for them to understand that it will take 2 years for it to be built. We had a fabulous day and are so excited to have a temple so close to us again.
